<p>I used to have a boss who expects that to prove that you're loyal to him, you have kiss his ass and make enemies because of him. I called that out once and he said "this is how leadership works, if you really wanna be a leader, learn now," well I left because you are right, leading is a whole different ball game and very few people actually know how to lead.</p>
