<p>For me, I’ve learnt to give myself space when I’m overwhelmed</p><p>I might go quiet, overthink small 😭, listen to music or just stay by myself until my head is clear</p><p>Idon’t always get it right sha, but I’ve realised that dreacting immediately usually makes things worse</p><p>Sometimes you just need to breathe, process everything and then respond</p>
