<p>Being expected to always be strong really stood out to me</p><p>People see you doing well and immediately expect you to keep doing more, without considering how tired you might be behind the scenes</p><p>Rest isn’t failure. We’re all trying to figure life out, and I think we should give ourselves more grace while doing so</p>
