<p>Kind of reminds me of the british system with the royalty who has soft power incharge of international diplomacy and the real power in the hands of the prime minister</p><p>For this to work a lot of reforms would have to happen and change is a very scary thing to people in power,if this was to possibly happen it should start from the grassroot like secondary and university where examples of people in power then slowly enroach itself into the government from the local government all the way to the top</p>
