A system where there is humane and logical consideration of the condition of all citizens. So there can be a balance to avoid abuse or over cuddling the few at the expense of majority

In an ideal world, a system is setup to safeguard the interest of the people. As life is about learning the rules and using it to your advantage, the system has to be upgraded repeatedly
