<p>The overthinking aspect is real, I can relate</p><p>You tend to be in a state of confusion and uncertainty</p><p>Then a voice seems to keep saying sth to your hearing... even though I don't know if that voice is saying the wrong or right but you find it soothing... sounding like a solution but then it is and it's not</p>

Exactly, overthinking creates that exact loop. It is a constant back-and-forth that really does complicate things.
