<p>I think that title is a shield more often than not because someone is always scared of getting hurt, you know. "You can't hurt me if I don't allow you to".</p><p>In other cases, mostly, people see they have a good friendship and they don't want to lose that by moving the relationship to the next level.</p><p>This has been another good read too.</p>
