<p>This made me sit still for a moment. The way you showed his thoughts, how he kept justifying it until it was too late.</p><p>It doesn’t try to excuse him, but it also doesn’t turn him into the monster that we know today. You showed him as a man who made terrible choices, and couldn't live with it.</p><p>I'm applauding this, Esther</p>
