These people have a life they live.... You don't just wake up one morning and try to take that lifestyle from them because you trying to develop a place.

This is not the OT where Abraham or the Israelites kept migrating.

This is 2026 for God's sake.

And then they would develop the place and make it extremely expensive that the original inhabitants of the land won't be able to pay for it even if they tried instalments of 50 years.
