Sincerely this is true, so true.We just assume we know our body and some of us even go to the pharmacy and tell them the drugs we want to buy instead of going for a checkup and running test to know what exactly is the problem.This is a great lesson.Thanks for this🙏And it's a beautiful insight 👏👏

I'm glad it resonated.

Honestly people say stuffs like "but I know my body" and that is slowly killing many. I just hope that people are given more awareness so as to curb this.
