<p>I think this thing is so much for me.</p><p>I am a kind person that is too careful of not being a “burden” on people. I mean, even things that do not seem burdensome, I’ll still feel like I’m disturbing.</p><p>That mind made me want to do things “on my own”, sort everything “by myself”, but because I don’t want people involved, but because I don’t want to “disturb”.</p><p>And I’m coming to tell myself the truth that this thing is not a healthy mindset.
