<p>….so I allocate time to each, and make sure to stick by it.</p><p>This helps me from feeling overwhelmed with the thought of “oh I have a lot to still do”, and replaced it with, “this is what I should be doing now”, and when that button is smashed, we move to the next!</p><p>Thank you so much for this interactive topic ☺️</p>
