<p>See this thing called trauma, it’s a terrible thing to experience.</p><p>It robs a person of many things if not everything. It was before I used to think that my birthdays are not worth celebrating maybe because I feel I have not done enough or I am not doing enough or I have not smashed my goals and all of those stories. So I tell myself.. “what’s there to celebrate?”</p><p>Oh my darling!</p><p>LIFE.</p><p>Life is there to celebrate.</p><p>But trauma has a way of making your eyes shut to the fact that life is….</p>
