<p>This has to be one of the most timely insights I’ve encountered on this platform. 🫂</p><p>Rest; without guilt.. when necessary, because “rest” should not be the reason we behind lackadaisical about pushing beyond limits and achieving our goals.</p><p>So yes, I’ll rest when there is the need for rest, without beating myself up about not doing well enough.</p><p>This is timely.</p><p>Thank you very much 🤍</p>
