<p>I AM NOT BEHIND,</p><p>I AM BECOMING.</p><p>It’s okay to use other people’s progres as a motivation to be better in all that you do.</p><p>But we must be careful not to blur the line between “motivation to be better” and “pressure to prove a point”.</p><p>The former will help you grow into becoming a better you. The latter will force you to live for the validation of people.</p><p>But how much of validation can we possibly get?</p><p>Depression is always the last card before a long journey of healing.</p><p>SIGH</p>
