<p>This also reminds me that to “keep going” does not always mean pushing at full speed.</p><p>Sometimes it means resting, taking a breath, adjusting the plan, and then showing up again.</p><p>A pause can also be a movement, if you actually “paused” and not “stopped”</p><p>The journey will not always be exciting.</p><p>Some days, discipline really is just doing the next small thing.🤌</p>
