<p>Nigeria’s history is honestly a reminder that we didn’t just suddenly become Nigeria. So much existed before the name, the borders, and the British.</p><p>From the Nok people to powerful kingdoms and empires, there were already civilizations, systems, cultures, and identities thriving.</p><p>Then came colonization and amalgamation, and somehow all these different people became one country.</p><p>It really makes you pause and think about how much history is behind the Nigeria we know today.</p><p>📌</p>
