<p>This is such a smart analogy! 👏🏽</p><p>“Know your dosage” is honestly the perfect way to end this because content really does enter our minds the way things enter our bodies. We consume it, and eventually, something begins to change.</p><p>Not everything trending deserves access to us. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is step back and ask, “Is this actually me, or have I just consumed this for too long?”</p><p>Really needed this reminder, honestly 🥺</p>
