<p>This is such a beautiful reminder that sometimes we don’t have to wait until we are full again before we show up. 🥺🤍</p><p>That part about “I almost disappeared because I sat too much” really got me.</p><p>Rest is good, yes, but sometimes we can stay there so long that we forget we are still capable of moving.</p><p>And honestly?
