<p>You are right.</p><p>Superiors hardly see it in this light. They just believe that once that are above you, then they have all right to treat you just as they like.</p><p>If you even look at it closely, most of the “superiors” at our place of work, are only superior to us in the office. Outside the office they do not come close to some in age, or even in experience. But life has a way of doing thing, and suddenly they feel like they are the only one who deserves to be respected..</p>
