<p>The scary part is that it doesn’t always feel like an addiction.</p><p>It feels like a little reward every time you open the app.. one notification, one like, one new video, and suddenly you’re chasing the next hit. 😭</p><p>The euphoria is real, the dopamine is real, but so is the crash afterwards.</p><p>And the tragedy is that we can spend hours consuming tiny moments of excitement until we’re too overstimulated to enjoy ordinary life anymore.</p>
