<p>This is such a needed reminder.</p><p>Fear and anxiety can be loud enough to make us believe they are in charge, but sometimes the bravest thing we can do is simply take the next small step.📌</p><p>I also love the reminder that asking for help doesn't make anyone weak.</p><p>Real, because we find ourselves in a world today where people want you to act all fine, so if you eventually ask for help, that is a sign of weakness.</p><p>A very terrible state of mind 🥸</p>
