<p>For someone who loves peace, the mind can truly be the loudest place to live.</p><p>You want serenity, but somehow your brain has already travelled to next semester, calculated money that has not arrived, eaten tomorrow's food, attended a wedding that has not been proposed yet and somehow survived three disasters that haven't happened. 😭😂</p><p>And that is the thing about anxiety.. it is not always because we love chaos.</p><p>Sometimes we crave peace so desperately that we begin trying to predict….</p>
