<p>Many Nigerians complain about bad leadership but forget that refusing to vote is part of the problem. The point about nonchalance letting “quacks and inexperienced leaders” into office really hits home. If we want change, collecting PVCs and actually voting is the first real step otherwise, we’ll just keep recycling the same frustrations.</p>
