<p>This feels so raw and honest. What struck me most is “I do more than enough for others, so why should I let this constant guilt I feel…”because that’s the heart of it. You’ve been conditioned to equate saying “no” with being unkind, when in truth, protecting your peace is not selfish it’s survival. I’ve been there too, giving until there’s nothing left, and the hardest but most liberating lesson I learned is that you cannot pour from an empty cup.</p>
