<p>I used to be that hyperactive child. Infact I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was in middle school. So I never let people do things for me. I still suck at asking for help though. But one thing I noticed in the uni is things became less overwhelming and I had long attention span when I let people give me an helping hand. It became better and better when I started accepting the tiniest sort of help and I could always put a call through to my friends to help me with stuff whenever I feel ”not good”</p>
