<p>I felt this in my soul. In my whole body.</p><p>I remember I had to stop writing about my feelings because people felt I was “performative”.</p><p>“Just be happy” they say. Like “just choose happiness”. Depression cannot be explained. It is a never ending loop of you learning to love yourself and concluding the you are not even deserving of self love.</p><p>But Zara like my friend told me, you won’t kill yourself. You won’t end your life. You will see life through a very beautiful lens again.</p>
