<p>..Not me reading this and thinking about all the bullying that goes on in Big Brother Naija. Lol.</p><p>Reality TV aside...this is a very sad thing...that bullying at its very worst can lead to depression and suicide down the line.</p><p>That is crazy.</p><p>Another thing that occurred to me is how sometimes bullying can happen unintentionally....</p><p>...like imagine someone telling you that you bullied them when y'all were in high school or college...</p><p>...and you had no idea...</p><p>It's why we all need to be...</p>

....careful about how we treat people.

We gotta be kind, considerate and empathetic

....and above all, live by the golden rule of treating people the way we want to be treated.
