The problem is that we have an abundance of Carb laden food supply in the Nigerian market. The kind of food our bodies would prefer are expensive and not as common in the market.

So bro, if you are about to eat rice or grab a blob of swallow as you read this....don't do it! Lool.
Make yourself a nice salad....cucumbers, tomato's, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, garlic, sweet corn...sprinkle some olive oil, add mayonnaise (not the healthiest but😜) .... and there you go!

But after the service, what I pondered on was how much we must do....our own part in all of this.
We have a huuuuuggeee part to play mehn, it's only in Nigeria that people pray for health and healing but keep eating poorly ..carb-heavy diets, no working out...
And they expect God to "do magic".
So yeah...I'm a living example of what a change in lifestyle can do not just for your skin but for your entire...
