My brother was on his way to his sign out. They arrested him, took him to their station and told him to transfer to them.

Another time, one asked for my number, I laughed and escaped but in my head I was like "Wtf?"

You shared a really interesting post @thatdarkwriter .

If you have any specific stories about police encounters...I'd love to hear them.

....because of my laughter, knew immediately that what he said didn't make sense...he then looked at his friend and told him in Yoruba that....."Let's be going jare...".

I didn't give them a dime that day.

...as it happens, that day, Robin Williams, the famous Hollywood actor and comedian, had just died...

...Omo, that's how the guy saw a post about Robin Williams on my Twitter feed, next thing he looks at me and says...

"Tani Robin Williams..." Loool

For those of you who don't speak Yoruba, that means "Who is Robin Williams..".

...essentially, they were suggesting that I was a fraudster and Robin Williams was my "client" 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Laugh nearly killed me. Looool

The police man in the front...

...I can never forget, they searched and searched, when they were tired, they now decided to pick on all my Jumia and Konga emails and then said "so na buying and selling you dey do..."

...I laughed hard. Lol. Even though inside me I was pisseddddd.

Sigh. Nigerian police. Naahh

Another time, in Ibadan, around Mokola, 2 of them stopped me, just entered the car and told me to drive forward and park somewhere...

They took my phone, and opened my email, Twitter etc..

...the awkward pauses and camera zooms, sudden dramatic music...Lol. I'm curious to know why people watch that stuff.

But FR, Police ehn, and other road officials...naahh, they be bugging mehnn.

"I see men that would even ask for your mother's birth certificate if your vehicle credentials are complete..".

...that part killed me. Looool.

Naah, I have so many stories...

Police people have carried me to cyber cafe and made me login to my Yahoomail (they insisted on Yahoomail, not Gmail. Lol)
