It's something I've struggled with a lot in the past....honestly back then, I'd almost always try to do everything myself....</p><p>...but yeah, you've gotta get great people and trust them.</p><p>The real catch is to get great people, I've seen that once you've got great (competent & quick learners) folks around...it's much easier to delegate and trust.</p><p>Nice one.</p>

That's really true, but without working on myself first. Even when those great people come around ilbmay just let them go
