<p>I can relate to this in so many ways….</p><p>I used to have (facial) skin issues for many years, and I know what it feels like to walk around being very conscious.</p><p>Luckily for me, mine was something “fixable”….it was caused by something called Acanthosis Nigricans.</p><p>This was caused by insulin resistance, which happened because I used to eat carelessly, drink 3+ bottles of soda everyday, and was basically overweight.</p><p>Long story short, I overcame all those things and have clear skin now.</p><p>…</p>
