<p>Honestly, now that I think about it…</p><p>…not very well.</p><p>Away from the question, one thing I’ve believed for a long time, is that many people conflate sadness, frustration and stress for depression…</p><p>…and many are self-diagnosed and throw the word around easily, without ever getting a proper clinical diagnosis.</p><p>What would your own definition be?</p>
