<p>2/2</p><p>...and it almost never happened when I slept in other, more relaxed positions.</p><p>So while I do think that there is way more to sleep paralysis than one's sleeping configuration/form....I also think that a lot of the time, it can be induced by things that are in our control....</p><p>The interesting and mysterious part of course, is understanding what causes it, when it happens due to forces beyond our control...</p><p>Well done Nimmat.đź’™</p>
