@richardidoko Yes, happiness on material things doesn't last. You could enjoy it then, but as time goes on you lose interest in all those things.

Finding happiness from within is much more satisfying.

Yea! I think happiness should really come from the inside. I was watching a clip of Will Smith and he said when you build your happiness on others or material things and you get all of that, it isn't just enough cause you want more and more and then you get bored but once your happiness comes through from the inside you will be contented and satisfied and maximum satisfaction will also be derived.
