<p>This is so true.</p><p>It took me over 2 decades to finally stop playing with my health from drinking multiple bottles of soda daily, and right now, I've never been more healthy conscious.</p><p>Thankfully I have lots of people around me that helped me shape up and drop unhealthy eating habits.</p><p>And time. I mean, I often say that most people do not know how to think in terms of time, it's that one resource that you can never get back...lose 10million, you can get it back..but 10 years?...that's done...</p>

Like seriously,two decades??????I think what we don't know can't kill us tho.🤨but am happy you later realize how unhealthy it is for you,and I give you the kudos that you stopped.All appreciation goes our love ones who will always be there for us.❤

I think it depends on how we necessitate everything above time and health..........what we choose over them might be unavoidable.but we are wiser than that to choose what's the best for us since we are all an actor,architect of our own lifestyle.
