<p>....they need to feel that it's okay to seek help with they're struggling and not get crushed under the weight of societal, cultural and family expectations.</p><p>If you need to talk to someone, find someone (good), share and listen.</p><p>However, having said all that...because this is 2025, I also must say that we've also got to be careful to balance things and not buy into certain ideologies and concerted efforts to weaken and feminize men.</p><p>Nothing good is going to come from weak, soft, feminine men...</p>
