<p>After all is said and done, the world needs men to be men...to be tough, strong , stoic and possess thick skin.</p><p>The narrative that all those traits are negative and need to be tempered in men is a recipe for destroying the balance that must exist in the world.</p><p>What men need to embrace is, while it's our duty to be men in every sense of the word, to lead our families, provide, protect etc...it's also okay to talk about our issues, find professional help when we need to, accept help & support...</p>
