<p>It's in finding this balance that we make ourselves, our families and societies better.</p><p>So really, as men we should seek to be "better men" and not "less manly".</p><p>And just to add this...many women love to say "be vulnerable, why are you scared to be vulnerable with me..." etc.</p><p>IMO, it's okay to let things out once in a while, to a good person that you trust, but be careful to not overdo it.</p><p>There are times when honestly, you need to man up, suck it up and keep it going...other times, it's fine to share</p>

Being vulnerable isn’t the issue but it’s the tact required to know what and what not to talk about

Some things need to be shared while some are just unnecessary feelings that shouldn’t be given room to grow
