<p>I was working with a remote US healthTech company, as a software engineer and I had been trying to fix this issue...</p><p>It took a while but I figured it out eventually (without AI I might add)...and then, in our Slack group...I saw a lot of "🙌" reactions...</p><p>Something about it felt wrong, it didn't feel like true acknowledgement of good work...but more like "we're surprised you got it done".</p><p>I try as much as peissible to avoid any victim mentality...but I do admit that sometimes....</p>
