<p>Interesting perspective. I think conversation is where respect ends and hierarchy begins. Is addressing someone by their first name truly that disrespectful or has status been added to certain names</p>

The standard should have been brought to consideration in terms of this situation, that's, in this kind of setting, respect should come before culture which foundation founded upon.
