Well , sex education is good but it depends on the listener and not person saying it. There are people out there who still engage in this act even with the pep talk.Most children are even seen corrupt saying this things as they are not meant to be said by them because it sounds weird to the hearing and people the child engage in such act .In essence, it does not really matter who is saying but the listenerwhether he or she acts on it.
