<p>I love this! One thing that really stood out to me was how you highlighted the importance of trust in developing dexterity in phlebotomy especially in settings where vein finder devices are not readily available.</p><p>Even when a vein finder is used, the procedure still relies heavily on the phlebotomist's skill and judgment. Technology is certainly a valuable aid, but it cannot replace the experience, technique, and confidence that come with consistent practice.</p>
