<p>This was hauntingly beautiful. 🥺 The town being a place of escape at first, then becoming a place where the child eventually becomes the person who offers safety to others, is such a powerful full-circle ending. “The town is already raining” genuinely gave me chills. It’s heartbreaking, but there’s something incredibly comforting about the idea that a place born from fear can eventually become a place of refuge—not just for the person who needed it, but for others who need it too.</p>
