I have always be insecured about my stature and that made me to always try to blend in with the crowd, I don't want to be noticed and one thing that helped me get out of this was the circle of people I found myself in as a grow; people who saw me better more than myself.

Then, I realise your environment tends to shape you truly, because comparing these individuals with people I met in my secondary school days, who made me felt like I have no reason to talk or contribute in conversations.

It's heartbreaking to hear that you struggled with insecurity about your stature and felt pressured to blend in with the crowd. But it's incredibly inspiring to see how you've grown to overcome those feelings. That's why it's so important we surround ourself with people who uplift and support us, rather than those who tear us down and fill us with so much negativity.
