This is such a valuable lesson in effective communication! I've definitely been on the receiving end of an "I KNOW" response before, and it can be really frustrating.I love your suggestion to replace "I KNOW" with "THAT'S RIGHT." It's such a simple tweak, but it can completely flip the tone of the conversation.One thing that I've found helpful is to also ask follow-up questions, even if I already know the answer, to make the person know I am interested in their thoughts.
