<p>I have experienced this countless times. And the more I try to dig out the reason, the more emptiness I find.</p><p>Sometimes I resort to music to bring me back to reality.... other times I take a walk or just step out somewhere to mix with people till someone brighten me back up.</p><p>And most times I nust wallow In it till it fades</p>
