<p>My method has been not to take more than I can handle and also make sure the jobs don't clash with each other. Each job should not affect the other in any way.</p>

You did handle it well. Clashes like this happen every now and then. One just has to be timely with fixing them.

Yes. I just took up a new remote project on the 15th of this month with a real estate organisation, and while I tried to stay careful so the meeting time doesn't clash with that of the media outfit.... gobe decided to happen last week Tuesday when the General Editor of the Media Outfit change the meeting time to the same time and day with the real estate firm. Both companies now want my Tuesdays....

I had to restructure meeting plan with the real estate by calling an impromptu meeting on Fri.

I think this is a great approach but have you ever had any of your jobs clash?
