Lovely!This has sparked a new question in me...When someone finds a partner and they settle, the partner becomes your new best friend right?Does that relegate your initial best friend to 2nd position?

I don’t think love and friendship works in ranks or positions.

When someone finds a partner, that relationship becomes primary in commitment and responsibility, but it doesn’t erase or downgrade meaningful friendships.
