<p>Many everyday workers do not read the Nigerian Labour Act and accept unfair treatment because jobs are hard to find.</p><p>Most of them don't even know about the law or have low awareness about formal labour laws.</p><p>There's a lot of awareness and sensitization to be done in this country. I dont even know if this is a thing that falls within the purview of NOA.</p><p>Are they really working?</p>
